Nasya is a part of panchakarma treatment for cleaning the head region internally of phlegm, especially the sinuses. The process is instilling liquid or powder forms of medicines into the nostrils.
It is also effective for diseases of the neck, shoulder, migraines, sinusitis, headaches, and rhinitis.
